HOW TO ENABLE JAVASCRIPT

In order to enable Javascript on your browser, first check what browser and version you are using. You can usually find this information by clicking on your browser's Help menu item and then selecting "About..." When you know your browser's type and information, please follow the directions in the following list:

  • For Windows:
    • Netscape Navigator 3.0, use the browser's "Options - Network Preferences - Languages" command sequence to expose and select the "Enable JavaScript" option.
    • Netscape Navigator 4.0 and later, use the browser's "Edit-Preferences-Advanced" command sequence to expose and select the "Enable JavaScript" option.
    • Netscape 6/7 -" Edit => Preferences => Advanced => Enable JavaScript for Navigator"
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0, use the "View-Options-Security" command sequence to expose and select "Run ActiveX Scripts".
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, use the browser's "View - Internet Options - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Settings" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or 5.5, use the browser's "Tools - Internet Options - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 - "Tools => Internet Options => Security => Custom Level => (scroll way down) => Active Scripting => Enable"
    • AOL 5.0, use "My AOL - Preferences - WWW - Security" command sequence, then click on the "Custom Level" button, scroll to the "Scripting" options and Enable Active Scripting.
    • Opera 5.0, use "File - Preferences - Plugins", then check Enable JavaScript.
  • For Macintosh:
    • Intenet Explorer 5.0, use "Edit - Preferences - WEB Content - Active Content", check Enable Scripting.
    • Netscape 4.7, use "Edit - Preferences - Advanced", check Enable JavaScript.
    • AOL 5.0, use "My AOL - Preferences - WEB Content - Active Content", check Enable Scripting.
