REGISTRATION/SIGN IN HELP
If you are having problems signing in, please read the following:
Please make sure that you are entering in the same Email Address that you used when you registered. Also, make sure that you are entering in the correct Password that was sent to you by email after you registered.
Your Web browser must have Javascript enabled in order to sign
in. To check if your browser has Javascript enabled, please click
here.
If you have Windows XP SP2 (Service Pack 2) installed, you may
receive an error message when trying to register. In such a case,
you may have to add "*.goforbroke.org" to your Trusted
Site list in Internet Explorer.
To do this:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools/Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click the Trusted Site icon
5. Make sure the Security Leve for this zone is set to Low
6. Click on Sites button
7. Remove the check from "Require Server Verification"
checkbox (this can be rechecked after adding the GoForBroke site)
8. In the "Add this Web site to this zone:" area, enter
"*.goforbroke.org" and click Add
9. Click OK to close all windows
10. Close and restart Internet Explorer
11. Try registering again
If you are still having problems signing in even after checking the above items, please send an email to Support@GoForBroke.org with the following information:
- Your registered Email Address
- Your browser type (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.)
- Your computer's operating system (Windows XP Home, Windows 2000, Mac OSX, etc.)
- Error message (if any)
