Q. Where can I get copies of my military service records?
A. GFBNEC does not have access to official U.S. military service records. You may submit your request to the National Archives and Records Administration. The website link: http://www.archives.gov/veterans/. You can do an initial online search of records through their online database search at: http://www.archives.gov/research/military/veterans/aad.html

Q. I'm trying to locate a gravesite of a fallen soldier?
A. We do not have access to burial sites of fallen soldiers. Please go to the online gravesite locator at the United States Department of Veteran Affairs. The website link is: http://gravelocator.cem.va.gov/j2ee/servlet/NGL_v1

Q. I'm trying to locate or get contact information for a Japanese American WWII veteran.
A. Our database does not contain all Japanese American WWII Veteran information. We only have information on those veterans or veteran families that are members of our organization and the information is proprietary. We will determine based on your request whether we are able to release contact information.
